Is Thomas available for speaking engagements?Yes! Thomas loves to share his thoughts and process with those who are passionate about art. His schedule is quite full so please reach out as soon as you know when you would like to arrange an artist talk, and we can address details.

What are the shipping costs and timing?We are offering Free Shipping on all unframed works. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. On all framed pieces, shipping rates are calculated at check-out. Do you offer local delivery and installation?Yes, if your space is close by. Right now, we are offering local delivery and installation for select locations in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. If you are close by, but not listed in our standard delivery locations, we are happy to discuss options. Just drop us an email and we will try to accommodate you.

I live far from the studio, but I still want delivery and installation, is that possible?It might be! Send us an email, and we will discuss your options. Our goal is for you to love your art as much as we do!

I love the series Alone Together – how do I install such a large piece?We love it too! Don’t worry, for this series, we will work hand-in-hand with you to make sure that your piece looks magnificent after installation.

I can’t select the piece that I am interested in purchasing, what does this mean?It means that we have already sold the work. We are so sorry that we cannot accommodate you. Each of these pieces are a part of limited edition of works. Once the entire edition is sold, no more prints from this group will be created. We are happy to make suggestions of similar pieces, just send us an email.

Are these works archival?Yes! All of the work is printed on archival paper. There are framing methods that protect the work even more. Please reach out with any questions regarding framing your work if you did not purchase a frame from us. If you did purchase a frame from us, your piece has received the best possible treatment to protect your art.

I received my unframed piece in the shipping tube, what should I do now?Our suggestion is to take the tube directly to your framer and ask them to remove the piece. Your piece(s) is/are very well protected in the tube or envelope and will arrive with extra bleed around the art for mounting and framing purposes. Framers are typically very good at handling art!

What is your return policy?Each of these pieces is custom prepared for you and therefore we cannot offer returns at this time. If your piece was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and take pictures of the box. We will work with you and shipped to make arrangements.
