Our suggestion is to take the tube directly to your framer and ask them to remove the piece. Your piece(s) is/are very well protected in the tube or envelope and will arrive with extra bleed around the art for mounting and framing purposes. Framers are typically very good at handling art!
Each of these pieces is custom prepared for you and therefore we cannot offer returns at this time. If your piece was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and take pictures of the box. We will work with you and shipped to make arrangements.
